ZIRO MUSIC FESTIVAL: WHERE MELODY REMINISCES INDIVIDUALITY

Isn't it natural to hold music festivals? Like music, it is something to be appreciated, shared, and proud of. Music is a widely understood language. Celebrating it is perhaps the finest thing we can do because it is such a vital aspect of our lives. What does music mean to you?

A method to get away from the nonsense. A method for relieving your discomfort. A technique to express yourself when words fail you. There might be millions of responses to this simple question, which is why it is so important to enjoy music in the manner that you see it.

The first-ever music festival, known as the Monterey Pop Festival, took place in 1967, and it was a game-changer.

Today, we have music festivals every other day in various cities, states, and nations, and people enjoy them just as much as Indians like the Ziro Music Festival.

The Ziro music festival is the storm of India's Northeast region, and visitors from all over the world flock to this unified yet separate carnival of Arunachal Pradesh.

Nobody knew when this blossom of song, which began in the Ziro district headquarters in Arunachal Pradesh, became such a popular national event. It's an exotic outdoor festival full of fun, music, culture, and more.

Fueled With Charisma

The area is located in a valley and is approximately 5500 feet above sea level, adding to the region's sky-high feel. The state's little town has developed its own vibrant and thrilling personality, and all for the right reasons. UNESCO has designated the area as a World Heritage Site, which provides another bonus. In terms of the festival itself, it brings together a large number of outstanding and independent music acts to delight the audience.

There are a lot of people who want to hear some wonderful and creative music instead of the same old tunes, and this festival is the perfect venue for them. It is the ideal synthesis of art, culture, expressions, life, and music.

The Indie music festival has 6000 attendees, 40 bands, two stages, and a weekend full of fun and games. Bobby Hano and Anup Kutty created it in 2012, and the number of contributors has grown significantly since then.

The fiesta's popularity is expanding, and Ziro is becoming a popular tourist attraction. It's all a cry for a revitalizing holiday in nature, complete with rock and roll music in the background. Overall, it's an experience like never before!

It covers a diverse spectrum of music genres performed by musicians from all over the world, including folk, indie rock, EDM, jazz, and others. It is spread out across four days.

Danyi (Sun) and Piilo (Moon) are the two stages of the Ziro Music Festival. These stages are nearly entirely made of bamboo and are built by local artisans. The Danyi is a daytime platform where musicians may play and audiences can listen to music while seated on natural grass, similar to a coliseum.

Piilo is a dark stage where musicians may play while the audience stands in front of the stage and enjoys the music. The Ziro Music Festival also offers a children's area. It contains many large slides, a couple of large swings, and a rope bridge.

One may also enjoy the delights of native foods and beverages. Ziro Music Festival has vendors selling local food, rice beer (Apong), finger food, and cupcakes. Because Ziro has a zero-waste policy, it is not encouraged for individuals to bring plastic bottles.

Another center of attraction is that Water is supplied in a bamboo container throughout the celebrations.

The Ziro Music Festival has garbage cans strategically placed throughout the grounds; visitors should avoid loitering and take precautions to conserve cultural property.
